At first oral songs appeared in the archaic language. These are sung different forms. Folk have no grammatical restrictions it is just sung. The song very simple and easy to sing. Though has many meanings that useful for life. This article shows up emerging management ideas folk such as leadership characteristics, education, morals human resources.
